Hide and Seek - Jasmine S

This week we had a writing task called Hide and Seek. For this writing task we had to recall a time we have been playing a game of Hide and Seek or Spotlight and use describing words and the 5 senses.

I wrote about a time me and some of my family members played Spotlight when we were staying in Motueka for new years. I did have a bit of trouble fitting the senses in but I still enjoyed writing and would recommend giving it a go yourself.

Camp Vocabulary task - Term 2

Before we went on camp we had a activity called Vocabulary we were given some words based around the hot pools and then we had to go research our word that we chose and do a google drawing about. Here is mine.

(Don't question the dolphin thing) I found this activity very interesting since I'd never heard of a thermal column before.  

Google My Maps Camp activity.

Recently we went on camp to Hanmer Springs but a little bit before camp we had to do a google my map on the route we would take to get from School to Hanmer. Here's my Map.

To me this activity was quite confusing because I've never used Google My Maps but eventually I got used to it though making it much easier.
